Greetings Rattler Community,
Last week, progress reports were sent home for students who currently have a D or F in one or more classes. Even though the semester is just getting started, this is a common time when students are still settling back into their routines. This is a great opportunity to check in, set goals, and help students build strong habits for the weeks ahead.
We encourage families to regularly monitor grades in Infinite Campus and to remind students to turn in all assignments on time. If your student needs extra support, we are happy to share that we offer a variety of after-school programs focused on tutoring and academic intervention to help students get caught up and feel more confident in their learning.
Believe it or not, there are only 13 weeks left in the semester, and this time will go by quickly! With consistent effort and communication with teachers, students can make meaningful progress and finish the term strong.
Thank you for your continued partnership, and have a great week!

Greetings Rattler Community,
We are excited to share that our after-school programs and clubs are kicking off again this week! These opportunities are a wonderful way for students to receive extra academic support through tutoring and intervention, explore new interests, and stay connected with friends after the school day ends. The best part? Itโs not too late for students to joinโeveryone is welcome!
We are also looking forward to our upcoming Canvas Painting Night hosted by Ms. Calderon this week. This is always a student favorite! Tickets are available through the PBIS store and tend to sell out quickly due to limited space, so be sure to secure a spot as soon as possible.
As always, thank you for continuing to encourage your students to model our RISE character traits each day. Their positive choices help them earn PBIS points and participate in fun activities like this one!
Wishing you and your family a fantastic week aheadโweโre so glad to have you as part of our Rattler community!

Greetings Rattler Community,
We had an awesome first week back at RMS! It was so great to welcome students back to campus as we jump into the second semester with renewed energy and focus.
While this is a fresh semester, I always encourage students to approach it the same wayโstart strong. This is a new opportunity to set goals, build positive habits, and push for strong grades and positive behavior. While the phrase โnew year, new youโ might sound a little cheesy, the truth is that this new semester gives us a real chance to reset, refocus, and finish the year stronger than ever as we work toward achieving our goals.
Have an amazing week!
